Taptivate

Taptivate consists of 10 modules over 12 weeks with live calls, and ongoing group support.

We combine AlphaTapping, the latest psychology, mindset, and bodyset principles to guide participants to let go of the limiting beliefs and blocks that hold them back from stepping into new chosen identity and being the most successful and authentic version of themselves.

We use a combination of theory and focused exercises to raise awareness of blocks and limiting beliefs, so that participants can identify these within themselves and how their lives and desire for success are impacted.

AlphaTapping will be used to allow the participants to access their most resourceful state

FOUNDATION PHASE - 1-4 modules are:

- Introduction to AlphaTapping points and how to AlphaTap

- Introduction to the course and what's coming up

 - Awareness of limiting beliefs and blocks

  • Where they come from and why we have them

  • 3 levels of awareness

  • How they present and how to recognise blocks we have not been aware of

- Change, adopting new identity, and associated challenges

  • The relationship between indentity, change and resistance

  • Why we want to change but subconsciously fear it

- The relationship between safety and resistance

- Why do we have resistance, and how to become aware of it

- Safely embrace change and what happens when you don’t - a major missing piece in the personal development world



TRANSFORMATION PHASE modules 5-8:

Module 5 - Expanding Your Comfort Zone Made Easy

- Understanding what comfort zones really are and why we have them

- Why staying in your comfort zone is holding you back

- Making it fun to expand your comfort zone 

Module 6 - The Hidden Fear Behind Success

- Why do we subconsciously fear success?

- The perceived negative implications of achieving success?

- How to embrace authentic success

Module 7 - You Are Good Enough

- Why you feel you are not good enough?

- What patterns result from not feeling good enough

- How life opens up when you feel good enough

Module 8 - Escape the Fear of Scarcity to Create Abundance

- Why we don’t feel abundant and what stops us achieving it

- How to access the different forms of abundance 

- Removing your limitations to abundance

INTEGRATION PHASE - Modules 9-10

- Overview and recap

- Pulling it all together

- How to put it all into practice

- Unlocking Manifestation

Finally, we guide participants through the process of integrating the new version of themselves into day-to-day life.
