AlphaTapping

As used in their Taptivate course, Ishy Bruce and Sebastian Attewell bring theory and practice together in a powerful course throughout which the Alpha Tapping method is used to guide participants to find release from negative emotions, limiting beliefs and blocks, that they may have been seeking to let go of for many years.​

​Alpha Tapping is a unique combination of the many techniques that Ishy has trained in over 15 years. She has repatterned them together to provide a unique and effective methodology which combines EFT Tapping with principles from NLP, hypnotherapy and various transformational personal development tools to create synergistic and powerful effects.

​​This unique method is used in one-to-one consultation and group settings, in just the past 6 months this has been used in retreats, and coach training calls, all with positive subjective feedback.

Using psychology, physiology and theory along with the tapping, we focus exercises around identifying and letting go of unhelpful judgements, resistances, attachments, limiting beliefs and stories you tell yourself. ​This process is optimised through Alpha Tapping, bringing participants into Alpha, the most resourceful state.

The technique consists of a few key and important phrases but the majority of the tapping is done in silence. This allows a tuning in process and allows a space for the unconscious mind to process and let go.

Participants are guided through tuning in to mind and body, where feelings and sensations are identified and processed using tapping. ​The theory behind this is that many of our blocks have components held both unconsciously and in the body. Whilst using words is useful in identifying and removing what’s in our conscious awareness, silence and tuning into the body is helpful in connecting with the unconscious mind and the physical location of emotions and blocks.

Our simplified, easier follow tapping process means there is no loss of impact due to concentration on the process or the words, increasing the ability to focus on tuning into mind and body, and hence, increasing the impact.
