Dr Ishy Bruce
Having been on a spiritual journey, and researching personal development and positive psychology for over 30 years, Ishy Bruce initially trained and practiced as a medical doctor (General Practitioner/Family Practitioner) before deciding to move into a different direction as she felt she was not helping people in the way she wanted to.
In the 18 years since, Ishy has become an accredited practitioner in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with training to level 3, certified as a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) master practitioner, and Transformative Life Coach, and has also trained in clinical hypnotherapy and mindfulness.
Ishy has completed Elite Mentorship Forum (EMF) and is a Master EMF Trainer (EMT) in this Transformative course for Peter Sage, a globally renowned expert in human behaviour.
Ishy has 16 years of experience with EFT, treating clients and running workshops in person, on retreats, and online.
She is passionate about helping people transform and discover their most authentic selves, leading to a greater sense of purpose and happiness
Using her wealth of knowledge and experience, Ishy has developed a new mode of tapping known as AlphaTapping, incorporating clients and participants in achieving a more open and receptive, “alpha” brainwave state which is conducive to transformational change.
In partnership with Sebastian Attewell, a Master Elite Mentorship Trainer, Ishy co-founded and launched Transcendent Shift, their business that helps transformational change in people through courses and workshops. Their inaugural course, Taptivate, helps people let go of limiting beliefs and blocks using AlphaTapping.
Ishy lives in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England with her husband, 2 teenage daughters and 2 dogs.
When she is not working, Ishy enjoys time with family, nature, walks, deep and meaningful conversations, using the gym, vegan food, 80/90s music, and watching sport, mainly tennis, cricket, and athletics.
